Baking soda - a pinch
Pista-badam coarsely powdered cup
Saffron - 1 tsp (optional)
Nutmeg and cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Vegetable ghee - as much is required for binding a loose dough (1 cup)
Vegetable ghee for greasing
