Method
Make small pieces of mango and grind them.
Add red chillies, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, salt and grind.
Make a rough paste and remove to a serving dish.
For seasoning:
Heat oil in a pan and add some mustard, let it crackle.
Add curry leaves and hing and just spread on the chutney.
Serve with hot rice with ghee or with roti or dosa, etc.

500 g - raw mango
40 - red chillies (roasted)

2 sprigs - curry leaves
a little mustard for seasoning
1 tsp - fenugreek seeds, roasted
1 tsp - mustard seeds, roasted
asafoetida (hing), a little
1 1/2 tbsp - oil
