Method
Take Chappatis and cut into various shapes as desired.
Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is very warm put the chappati's in the oil and deep fry it till it is crisp.
Extra oil can be drained with the help of a tissue paper.
Put all the fried chappati's in a serving bowl: add salt, chilli powder and dry mango powder (Amchur powder) as per the taste.
This is one of the best tea time snack and it is enjoyed by everyone due its crispness and spices.

Ingredients:
5 - chappati made of wheat flour (it should be made the previous day)
salt or kala namak (rock salt) to taste
red chilli powder
dry mango powder (as per taste)
