Method- Roast raw mango on flame on a gas stove.
- Peel the skin of raw mango and remove the pulp with a grater or with hands.
- Take a kadai and add raw mango paste, jaggery pieces and stir occassionally.
- While the mango is being cooked with jaggery, make a powder of roasted peppercorns, cinnamon and add with powdered cumin to mango paste.
- Finally add salt as per taste and cook for another 5-10 mins.
Note: When the jaggery is cooked, it gets caramlized and starts turning brown.
