6 - curry leaves
2 tsp - finely chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp - finely chopped ginger
3 - dry red chillies
1/2 tsp - turmeric
A pinch of asafoetida
1 tbsp - roasted cashews
2 tsp - oil
Salt to taste
