Vaishakhi paratha

Method
  1. Grate the raw mango.
  2. Remove the pulp of ripe mango.
  3. Add the grated mango and the pulp to the wheat flour.
  4. Then add the coriander leaves, chopped green chilli, salt and cumin powder.
  5. Knead the flour into dough adding water if necessary and make small balls.
  6. Take 1 ball and roll out into a paratha.
  7. Cook on both sides applying oil.
  8. Sweet, sour mango paratha is ready.
  9. Mangoes are available in plenty in `Vaishakh` month hence the name.
Ingredients:
250g wheat flour
1 ripe mango
1 raw mango
1 bunch coriander leaves
1 green chilli
A pinch of salt
1 tsp roasted cumin seed powder
Oil for cooking
