Method
- Bring water to boil
- Add tea leaves, chai masala and ginger
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes till water is dark brown.
- Add milk, sugar and boil till desired colour is obtained. .
- Cover and stand for a minute.
- Strain into cups while piping hot.
- Serve hot with biscuits
Making time: 6-7 minutes
Makes: 2 teacups medium
