Method

  1. Bring Milk to Boil

  2. Grind the Carrots into fine paste in a mixie

  3. Add sugar to milk and stir for a while.

  4. After sugar is melted add grated coconut, carrot and cardaomom powder, let boil for 5 minutes

  5. Finally, separately fry the cashew nuts and rasins in ghee and add it to the kheer

Ingredients:
4 cups Milk
10 teaspoons sugar (or as per taste)
2 medium sized Carrots
2 tblsp Coconut grated
4 Cardamoms powdered (elaichi)
Few Cashew nuts and Raisins
1 teaspoon Ghee for frying
