Fry the raisins and cashewnuts in ghee.
Remove it then fry sooji.
Add coconutmilk and sugar.
Keep stirring till the mixture starts leaving the sides.
Then spread it evenly in a well greased plate.
And cut it.
Instead of sugar you can use jaggery.
Tip
