Method

  1. Fry the raisins and cashewnuts in ghee.

  2. Remove it then fry sooji.

  3. Add coconutmilk and sugar.

  4. Keep stirring till the mixture starts leaving the sides.

  5. Then spread it evenly in a well greased plate.

  6. And cut it.

  7. Instead of sugar you can use jaggery.

Tip

Sooji(Rava) one cup
Sugar One cup
Coconut milk Three cups
Raisins Few
Cashewnut Few
Ghee Two Tbs
