Eggless Dry Fruit Cake

Method of preparing Caremal Sugar Syrup
  1. In a pan melt sugar ,and heat it until it turns to dark brown color .
  2. Then add water and mix it thoroughly ,boil it.
  3. Cool it and keep aside.
Method for Preparing Cake
  1. Take dry fruits and rum and soak it for about one week.
  2. Mix flour baking powder and coco powder by sieving it thrice.
  3. Mix a little bit flour in dry fruits
  4. Cream butter and sugar .
  5. In butter and sugar mixture slowly add flour mix
  6. Also alternatively add milk and caramel syrup.
  7. Now add dry fruits and mix it.
  8. Preheat the oven at 180 degree C.
  9. Bake the cake for about 40 minutes at 250 degree C.
Note : If you want a better taste of cake then after cooling it put it in a air tight container and allow it remain in it for about one or two days the taste will surely get increased.
Flour 200 gms
Butter 125 ml
Dry fruits 1 cup (Almond, Cashewnut, Sweet Ashgourd Pieces(petha), Figs, Dates, Walnuts,Cinnamon Powder Two Pinch, Lime Peel, Julian Ginger )
Icing Sugar 150 gms
Milk 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 2 pinch
Rum 1/4 cup
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Semolina 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Caramel Sugar Syrup
Sugar 2 tbs
Water 4 tbs
