Method
Heat milk till creamy.
Add sugar and the tartaric acid.
Add cardamom powder and pistachios, leaving some for garnishing.
Cook till thick and creamy.
Pour into a plate. Cool.
Decorate with nuts and silver varakh and cut into squares.
