Method
Grind rice to a rough semolina like powder.
Add 4 cups water and boil till done.
There should be no lumps.
Add sweetened milk, plain milk and almond powder, mixed with a little water.
Blend well and cook.
If needed, add more sugar.
Add cardamom powder, saffron, raisins and nuts.
Add crushed pedhas and simmer till fragrant and creamy.
Add milk if needed.
Chill and serve.
