Method
  1. Peel and grate Loki and put in a nonstick kadai with milk and cardamon.
  2. Keep stiring till the milk dries.
  3. Add sugarfree saffron strands and khoya and close fire.
  4. Add the dry fruits and let it set in a tray .
  5. Once set add verk and cut into desired shape and serve.
Ingredients:
500 gms - loki
200 gms - khoya
1 cup - milk
sugar free
small cardamon
saffron stands, soaked in milk
badam
kishmish
roasted cashew
virk for decoration
