Method
  1. Heat ghee in a pan.
  2. Add condensed milk, milk and citric acid dissolved in a little water.
  3. Continue heating and allow to curdle.
  4. Make a paste of cornflour with 2 tbsp water.
  5. Add to the milk mixture after it curdles.
  6. Continue cooking on slow / medium heat till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
  7. Add colour and mix well.
  8. Empty the contents on to a dish and shape into pedas.
  9. Decorate with elaichi powder.
Ingredients:
1 tin - condensed milk
1 � cups - milk
1 tsp - cornflour
� tsp - citric acid
4 to 5 - elaichi, powdered
1 tbsp - ghee
a few drops - yellow colour
