Ingredients:
2 litre - milk
1/2 cup - rice, washed and soaked for 30 minutes
1 cup - sugar
1/4 tsp - cardamom powder
10 to 15 strands - saffron, crushed, soaked in 1 tsp warm milk
10 - almonds
10 - unsalted pistachios
1 - peeled apple
5 to 6 - seedless grapes cut into pieces
1 - peeled orange
6 to 7 - dates, soaked in water & cut into pieces
