Moss Pudding (Dessert)

Method

  1. Break the Chinagrass into very small pieces and soak in water for half an hour.

  2. Mix the milk, condensed milk and china grass together and boil till the chinagrass dissolves. (Keep stirring on a low flame.)

  3. Put in a serving dish and cool.

  4. Keep in the refrigerator till chilled.

  5. Serve with chocolate sauce.

China Grass (Agar Agar) - 5 gm
Milk - 4 cups
Condensed Milk - 2 cups
Water - 3/4 cup
