Method
- Pour 2 cans of condensed milk in a large microwaveable bowl.
- Mix the yogurt and the ghee to it.
- Now microwave it for 4 mins (in high) and then stir it well without any lumps.
- Microwave for another 4 mins.
- After 8 mins take it out for every 2 mins and stir well.
- It will get cooked and thicken to halwa consistency in about 14 to 16 mins depending upon the microwave.
- Now add elaichi powder and fried nuts and store in an airtight container.
Note:Don`t refrigerate since it becomes hard.
