1. Soak seeds in 3-4 tbsp. water. Allow to fluffy well.

2. Use a long conical glass.

3. Pour syrup at bottom, add 1 scoop icecream.

4. Beat well till smooth. Add remaining scoops.

5. Add seeds & pour soda gently onto icecream.

6. Allow to froth till brim. Top scoop with cherry.

7. Slit lime along radius. Insert into wall of glass for decoration.

8. Serve instantly, with remaining soda in bottle if desired to be added.
