Method
  1. Place soy flakes in hot water for five minutes.
  2. Drain the water thoroughly.
  3. Heat ghee, add soy flakes and fry them.
  4. Add milk.
  5. When it boils, add sugar and soy or corn flour.
  6. Decorate with elaichi and cashews.
  7. Soy payasam is ready to serve.
Ingredients:
1 cup - soy flakes
1 cup - sugar
1 litre - milk
1 tsp - soy flour or corn flour
few elaichi, cashew nuts, roasted
little ghee
