1. Mix all the ingredients together and stir well to make a thickish batter.
2. Grease an idli mould. Fill half of each mould with the batter; steam for 6-7 minutes.
3. Serve hot or cold decorated with glace pineapple, with custard or ice cream, if desired.

Note:

1. Use orange, vanilla or chocolate flavoured cream biscuits. Decorate with cashewnuts, raisins or chocolate chips respectively.
