Method-
Mix all the ingredients together and stir well to make a thickish batter.

Grease an idli mould. Fill half of each mould with the batter; steam for 6-7 minutes.

Serve hot or cold decorated with glace pineapple, with custard or ice cream, if desired.
Note:

Use orange, vanilla or chocolate flavoured cream biscuits. Decorate with cashewnuts, raisins or chocolate chips respectively.

2 cups pineapple flavoured cream biscuits, powdered
1 cup milk
1/2 cup coarsely powdered cashewnuts
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Glace pineapple for garnishing
