Truffle in Paradise Ice-Cream
Method
- Mix and simmer milk and condensed milk for 10 to 15 mins.
- Make a paste of cornflour and cold milk, blend some of the warm mixture into it and add to the rest of the mixture.
- Stir and simmer till thick.
- Remove from fire.
- Dissolve sugar in water over a low flame.
- Increase flame and boil rapidly till it turns caramel.
- Remove from fire, cool slightly and stir thoroughly into the milk mixture.
- Scoop out and serve in cones.
- Sprinkle with chopped walnuts or cornflakes.
Ingredients:
5 cups - rich milk
2/3 tin - condensed milk
� cup - sugar
2 tbsp - water
2 tbsp - cornflour
a little - cold milk
few chopped walnuts or cornflakes
