Italian mint pasta

Method
  1. Cook the pasta in boiling water for 8 min.
  2. Drain excess water and keep it aside.
  3. Cut broccoli into florets and cook in hot water for 5 min and drain it.
  4. Grind mint leaves and chilly finely adding some water and adequate salt to it.
  5. In a pan take three spoons of cooking oil and add the chopped garlic and fry for a while.
  6. Then add the ground mint leaves paste to it and fry for few min.
  7. Now add the broccoli, cooked pasta, paprika and olive oil to it and saute well.
  8. Finally grate cheese over the pasta and serve it hot.

Ingredients:
250g - spaghetti pasta
250g - broccoli
1 bunch - mint leaves
5 pods - garlic
2 - jalapeno (chilli)
1/2 tsp - paprika (optional)
1 tsp - chilli sauce (optional)
4 tbsp - olive oil
Cheddar cheese
Salt to taste
