Mushroom Pakoras

Method
  1. Mix the gram flour and cornflour well.
  2. Add enough water to mix and make a thick batter.
  3. Mix in all the ingredients.
  4. Add the soda bi-carb into the oil and deep fry.
  5. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup - gram flour (besan)
1/4 cup - cornflour
1 cup - sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup - finely slices onions
1/4 cup - finely sliced green capsicum
1/4 cup - grated cheddar cheese
2 - green chillies, chpped
1/2 tsp - coriander powder
1/2 tsp - cumin powder
1 tsp - red chilli powder
1/4 tsp - kasoori methi (fenugreek ) dried
a pinch - soda bi-carb, water
salt and pepper to taste
oil for deep frying
