Method
  1. Boil the noodles n drain off the water.
  2. Add some corn flour to the boiled noodles and deep-fry it.
  3. Take a bowl and take some fried noodles, sliced capsicum, carrots and cabbage.
  4. Add some sweet chutney, schezwan sauce, salt, lime juice and toss well.
  5. Garnish with spring onion.
