Spaghetti with tomato and spinach cream sauce
Method
- Cook spaghetti as per package directions
- Heat butter in a pan, add chopped garlic and red chillis flakes
- After 2 min, add chopped and deseeded tomatoes and spinach
- Sprinkle salt, mix well and saute for 5 min, then add milk, bring to a boil
- Add 1/2 cup grated mozzarella and cream, mix well
- Butter baking dish, then add spaghetti and pour sauce over pasta
- Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese
- Bake at 350 F in a preheated oven for 20 min or until golden on top

Spaghetti
3tbsp - butter
2 cups - baby spinach
2 - tomatoes (deseeded)
4 - cloves of garlic
1 cup - grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup - parmesan cheese
1/2 cup - cream
1 cup - milk
Salt
Red chilli flakes
