Spaghetti with tomato and spinach cream sauce

Method
  1. Cook spaghetti as per package directions
  2. Heat butter in a pan, add chopped garlic and red chillis flakes
  3. After 2 min, add chopped and deseeded tomatoes and spinach
  4. Sprinkle salt, mix well and saute for 5 min, then add milk, bring to a boil
  5. Add 1/2 cup grated mozzarella and cream, mix well
  6. Butter baking dish, then add spaghetti and pour sauce over pasta
  7. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese
  8. Bake at 350 F in a preheated oven for 20 min or until golden on top

Ingredients:
Spaghetti
3tbsp - butter
2 cups - baby spinach
2 - tomatoes (deseeded)
4 - cloves of garlic
1 cup - grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup - parmesan cheese
1/2 cup - cream
1 cup - milk
Salt
Red chilli flakes
