Vegetable Fried Noodles

Method
  1. Boil and cook the noodles.
  2. To the cooked noodles, add cold water and filter it.
  3. Add 1 tsp of oil to the noodles and mix well so that the noodles do not stick to each other.
  4. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a kadai and saute the onions.
  5. Add capsicum, carrot and cabbage.
  6. Add the ginger paste, chilli powder, tomato sauce, asafoetida and salt.
  7. Add 1 cup of water and cook for 5-10 minutes.
  8. Heat 2 cups of oil in a kadai.
  9. Deep fry the boiled noodles.
  10. Break the deep-fried noodles and add it to the vegetable mixture and serve hot.
Ingredients:
1 cup - finely sliced onion
1 cup - finely sliced capsicum
1 cup - finely sliced cabbage
1 cup - finely sliced carrot
1 packet - noodles
1 tsp - ginger paste
1 tsp - chilli powder
1 tsp - tomato sauce
a pinch of asafoetida
salt to taste
oil to fry
