Method
  1. Add edible food grade Red colour in some melted white chocolate & green colour in the balance white chocolate.
  2. Using a food grade brush, paint attractively on the mould.
  3. Cool for 15 minutes in an AC room.
  4. Melt and temper milk chocolate & add roasted chopped Cashew nuts and raisins in it. Mix it well.
  5. Put this mixture in Angel shaped mould.
  6. Tap Mould thoroughly to take out air bubbles.
  7. Cool mould in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  8. Take out the Angel from mould.
  9. Pack it with transparent cellophane and decorative ribbons.

Makes:1 Chocolate Angel.
Time required:30 Minutes.

Ingredients:
100 g - melted milk chocolate
30 - roasted chopped cashew nuts
30 g - raisins
5 g - white chocolate for painting
