Method
  1. Grind almonds to a paste.
  2. Add to milk and cook till dry.
  3. Add sugar to 3/4 cup water and boil till a 2 string syrup is obtained.
  4. Mix almond paste with the syrup.
  5. Pat mixture onto a greased plate.
  6. Cool, cover with warq an cut into squares.
Ingredients:
2 cups almonds, soaked in water peeled
2 litres milk, thickened by simmering
2 cups sugar
½ tsp. cardamom powder
2 pieces silver warq
