Method
- Grind soaked cashews with little milk.
- In a pan add the cashews and stir.Add ghee in little quantities once u feel the cashew sticking to the vessel.
- Add sugar too. Keep stirring.Add the saffron with milk.
- Stir.Once the halwa leaves thesides of the pan add some ghee and pour it over a greased plate.
- Cool and refrigerate. Easy halwa is ready. Badam halwa also can be done the same way.
Ingredients:
1 cup cahews soaked in water.
1 and a 1/2 cups sugar
a pinch of safron in milk.
