Cashew Halwa

Method
  1. Grind soaked cashews with little milk.
  2. In a pan add the cashews and stir.Add ghee in little quantities once u feel the cashew sticking to the vessel.
  3. Add sugar too. Keep stirring.Add the saffron with milk.
  4. Stir.Once the halwa leaves thesides of the pan add some ghee and pour it over a greased plate.
  5. Cool and refrigerate. Easy halwa is ready. Badam halwa also can be done the same way.
Ingredients:
1 cup cahews soaked in water.
1 and a 1/2 cups sugar
a pinch of safron in milk.
