Method
- Cut fig, dates,apricot into smaller pieces.
- In a food processor add the cut dry fruits and raisins and blend into smooth paste.
- Dry toast the nuts in the oven or microwave.
- Transfer the dry fruits and nuts to a bowl and mix well with your hands.
- Prepare a tray with wax paper in the bottom and then add this mix little by little and spread them out or distribute little by little and cover with a cling wrap.
- Using a flat bottom cup even it out.
- Keep it in the fridge for 20 minutes and you can cut them into cubes and serve.
- Truly delicious, healthy, no butter or added sugars.
- Perfect for a healthy snack.

Fig - 12 ounce
Raisins - 6 ounce
Apricot - 6 ounce
Mixed nuts dry toasted
Chopped (cashew, pista, almond)
