Method
- Chop the dates and raisins into small pieces and keep aside.
- Chop the cashew nuts and pistachios into small pieces.
- Soak the almonds in water for 5 minutes.
- Take out the almonds and remove the skin and let it dry completely.
- Chop the almonds into small pieces.
- Dry roast the chopped almonds, chopped cashews and chopped pistachios for a few minutes.
- Take out the roasted nuts and cool them.
- Combine the roasted nuts, raisins and dates and mix very well.
- Then shape into round balls.
- Store in a air tight container.
