Method
  1. Powder the cashew nuts and pass through a sieve. (The residue in the sieve may be used in the filling).
  2. Add milk powder and icing sugar.
  3. Add condensed milk little at a time, mixing well after each addition, till the mixture is like poori dough.
  4. Add essence and color.
  5. Grease the back side of a beetle leaf.
  6. Take a lime size ball of the mixture and spread it thinly on the greased leak.
  7. Place some mixed nuts in the center.
  8. Fold the mixture over the filling into a triangle, with the help of the leaf. (Peel away the leaf from mixture after each fold)
  9. Secure the folds with alcove and lift the triangle off the leaf.
  10. Use all the filling thus. Store in a container in the refrigerator.

Ingredients:
cashew nuts - 1 cup
milk powder - � cup
icing sugar - � cup or to taste
condensed milk to mix
pistachio essence - few drops
green food color - few drops
finely chopped mixed nuts (almond, pistachio, cashew nut) for filling
beetle leaves few
cloves few
