Method
  1. Drain all dry fruits and nuts.
  2. Heat ghee. Add all nuts and dry fruits.
  3. Stir fry till coated with ghee and pink in colour, sprinkling milk if needed.
  4. Add honey, lemon and ginger juice.
  5. Serve hot or cold.
Ingredients:
1 cup cashewnuts
1 cup peanuts
10 almonds
5 walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
8 dried apricots, seeded (soaked for 3 hours in water)
1 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. ghee
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. ginger juice
