Method
- Chop the chocolate and place in a bowl.
- Take a vessel of hot water and cover it with a plate.
- Place the bowl with chocolate on it.
- The chocolate will melt slowly.
- (This is safer than melting it in water bath as any contact with water or steam will cause the chocolate to seize and loose its smoothness.)
- When the chocolate has become very soft, stir it well and add to the khova.
- Add enough icing sugar to form a stiff paste.
- Mix in the walnuts.
- Shape into marble size balls.
- Store in refrigerator up to a week.

plain cooking chocolate - 100 gm
plain khova - 200 gm
icing sugar - 150 to 200 gm
walnuts - � cup, finely chopped
