  1. Grind rose petals with a some water.
  2. Make sugar syrup, rose syrup with sugar and water.
  3. When sugar is dissolved in water, add coconut and rose paste.
  4. Add colour (optional).
  5. Cook on slow heat till the mixture is quiet thick.
  6. When the mixture leaves the corner of pan, remove from heat and add rose water.
  7. Leave to cool. Divide into small portions and roll into round balls.
  8. Garnish with silver foil.
150 g - desiccated coconut
75 g - sugar or to taste
3/4 cup - fresh desi rose petals
1 & 1/2 cup - water
1 tsp - rose water
1/4 tsp - edible food colour (optional)
2 tsp - rose syrup (optional)
