Method
- Soak all the ingredients except salt separately for 6 hours.
- Grind together into fine paste. Add required quantity of salt
- Allow this to ferment overnight.
- The next day morning prepare dosas.
- Serve with chutney or sambar.
Ingredients:
2 cups - oats
1 cup - dosa rice
1 cup - urad dal
1/2 tsp - methi seeds
Salt to taste
