1-2 tbsp - sesame oil
3/4 tsp - mustard
1 tsp - urad dal
1 tsp - channa dal
Ground nut (optional), a few
1 sprig - curry leaves
1/8 tsp - asafoetida
2-3 - red chilli or green chilli
