Oats Cutlets

Method
  1. Mix all the ingredients with one cup oats.
  2. Make 8 to 10 balls of the above mixture.
  3. Flatten each ball and shape it into a oval shape.
  4. Spread the rusk crumbs on a plate. In a bowl, add water and corn flour and make them into a thin paste.
  5. Dip each cutlet into the corn flour paste and roll them on rusk crumbs and grill them for 20 minutes or until it gets brown colour.
Ingredients:
1 to 1/2 cup - oats
2 - potato, boiled and mashed
1 cup - rusk crumbs
1/4 cup - grated paneer
1 tsp - red chilli powder
1/4 tsp - amchoor powder
2 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves
2 tbsp - grated carrot
1/4 tsp - lemon juice
2 tbsp - corn flour
salt as per taste
