1 kg. white oats
150 gms. thin poha
1/2 cup each peanuts, broken, cashewnuts and chana dalia (roasted chana dal)
1 tbsp. white sesame seeds
20 nos. green chillies
1 bunch curry leaves
3 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp each turmeric powder and asafetida (hing)
6 tsp Oil
Salt to taste
4 tbsp sugar
