Method
  1. Soak the oats in buttermilk for two hours.
  2. Soak the rice in water for two hours.
  3. Grind them seperately and mix them together.
  4. Add salt.Make the dosa.
Variation :
Add chopped onions, green chillies, cilantro, etc.
You will not be able to make thin crispy dosa.it will come out like set dosa or uttappa.
Tastes great.Good for health.

old fashioned oats - 1 cup
buttermilk - 1 cup
rice - 1 cup
