Method
- Soak the oats in buttermilk for two hours.
- Soak the rice in water for two hours.
- Grind them seperately and mix them together.
- Add salt.Make the dosa.
Variation :
Add chopped onions, green chillies, cilantro, etc.
You will not be able to make thin crispy dosa.it will come out like set dosa or uttappa.
Tastes great.Good for health.
