Method
  1. Beat the Curd to smooth paste Mix the OATS in the curd and soak it overnight.
  2. Soak rice seperately in water overnight .Next day morning grind soaked OATS, soaked Rice, chilli, salt.
  3. Make a smooth paste, add water if necessary, enought to make a thosa.
  4. Heat a pan and pour mixature and make a thosa. If you want add onions. Add oil and turn it.
Ingredients:
oats - 2 cups
rice - 1/2 cup
curd - 1 cup
green chilli - 2 or 3 - according to taste
salt - according to taste
