Method
- Soak Urad Dal and Rice Rawa separately for 2-3 hrs.
- Grind Urad Dal adding water and bring it to a paste.
- The batter should be in the same consistency as in Idly
- Remove water from soaked Rice Rawa and add it to the batter.
- Add Cumin Seeds and salt. Mix everything well
- Take 2 spoons of oil in a pan and put 2-3 serving spoons of the mixture in the pan and close it with the lid.
- Cook it for 4-5 mins in a slow flame and turn it to the other side.
- Remove it from the pan when both the sides become golden brown and not stcking to the hand.
- This Minapa Rotti will be crispy from outer side and soft (like Idly from inside).
- Serve it with any chutney or Idly mulagapodi

1 tbspoon - cumin seeds (jeeragam)
1 cup - oil
salt to taste
