Savoury Onion Crackers

Method
  1. Mix all the above ingredients except oil and start kneading.
  2. Add oil little by little and knead the dough for 5-10 minutes.
  3. It should be very soft like a chapathi dough. Make small balls.
  4. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  5. Line the baking tray with foil.
  6. Place a ball and flatten it out with your palm into thin circles.
  7. Repeat the same with other balls.
  8. Bake until golden brown.
  9. My oven takes longer time to bake than it should normally take.
  10. I baked it for about 45 minutes. The actual recipe says 25-30 minutes.
  11. Keep an eye on the oven and check if it is done after 25 minutes.
  12. These can be stored in an airtight container for a few days.

Ingredients:
1.5 cups - whole wheat flour(chapathi flour)
1/2 cup - rice flour
1/4 cup - water
1/2 cup - oil
1 tsp - salt
1 - medium, onion finely chopped
1 - green chillis chopped
1/4 tsp - hing (optional)
2 tsp - jeera(cumin)
a handful coriander leaves(cilantro) chopped finely
