Chilli paneer

Method
  1. Add 1 tbsp of oil in a kadai, when it is hot add cumin seeds, wait for few seconds and then add onion and saute for 2 minutes on a medium flame.
  2. Then add green chilli, capsicum and saute for 4 minutes.
  3. Now add barbeque sauce, tomato ketchup, hot sauce and soya sauce. Mix it well.
  4. Add some chilli powder if you like it spicy.
  5. Saute for another 3 minutes until the sauce blends well with the veggies.
  6. Now add salt and then paneer.
  7. Saute for 2-3 minutes and remove it from flame.
  8. Garnish it with coriander leaves, grated paneer and squeeze some lime juice (around 1 tsp) before serving. Serve it hot.
  9. Alternatively, this recipe can be used to prepare grilled paneer.
  10. The method would be to add all the ingredients in a large bowl except coriander leaves, grated paneer and lime.
  11. Mix it well, marinate for 20 minutes and put them on a grill.
  12. Cook until you get the desired texture.
  13. Remove, garnish and serve.

Ingredients:
250g - paneer (cubed)
1/4 cup - capsicum /Bell Pepper (Green, Orange, Red, Yellow) - of each color, diced
1/2 - onion, diced
4 tsp - tomato ketchup
3 tsp - barbeque sauce
3 tsp - soya sauce
1/2 tsp - hot/chilli sauce
1 tbsp - oil
Salt to taste
1&1/2 tsp - chilli powder
Coriander leaves, a few sprigs for garnishing)
1 tsp - lemon juice
1/2 tsp - cumin seeds
5 - green chilli (make a small slit on the top with knife)
2 tsp - grated paneer, garnishing
