Method
Cut paneer in square cube pieces, shallow fry.
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, red chilly paste, tomato sauce, sugar.
Add water slowly and boil the gravy nicely.
Add salt as per taste.
Mix corn flour in water and add it to gravy, stir till it becomes thick.
Place noodles & paneer in a plate.
Spread sauce over it.
Serve with vinegar and onions.

Ingredients:
250 gm paneer
1/2 tbsp grated garlic
1 cup boiled noodles
1 tsp red chilly paste (boil 4-5 red chilles and grind it in a mixer)
1 tbsp corn flour
1/4 cup tomato sauce
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp vinegar
