Crunchy Moong Rolls

Method
  1. Mix bowled moong, green chily, coriander leaves, paneer, groundnuts, salt, red chily powder, garam masala, amchur, anaar daane.
  2. Peal off corners of bread slices. Put them in little bit water. Press to get out extra water.
  3. Place ready mixture in slice. Fold to turn into rolls. Wrap this rolls with suji.
  4. Heat the oil in frying pan. Fry these rolls.
  5. Serve rolls with chutney or sauce.
Ingredients:
Bread slices - 6
Bowled moong - 1 cup
Crushed paneer - 3 tsp
Green chilly
Coriander leaves
Chopped onion - 1
Ground nut crushed - 2 tsp
Salt
Red chilly powder - 2 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Amchur powder - 1/2 tsp
Rawa - 1/2 cup
Anaar daana - 1/2 cup
Oil for frying
