Method
  1. Grate khoya and paneer, mix refined flour and knead to make a soft dough.
  2. Add a little milk if reqiured.
  3. Cover with a wet cloth and leave it for half an hour.
  4. Boil sugar and water to make a syrup of one-sring consistency.
  5. Add cardamom powder.
  6. Make small balls of equal size with the dough with one raisin and a small piece of misri in the centre.
  7. Heat ghee in a frying pan, deep fry the balls on low heat till golden in colour.
  8. Add to the sugar syrup.
  9. Remove after 1 hour.

100g khoya
100g paneer
2 tbsp maida (refined flour)
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup misri (candied sugar)
Ghee for frying
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
