Ingredients:
400 gm paneer (cut into retangle shape)
1 cup thick dahi/curd
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 and half tbsp cornflour
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp tandoori masala or 1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chat masala
Salt to taste
1 tbsp kasoori methi
1/2 tsp chilli powder
Some chaat masala to sprinkle
