Paneer with fenugreek

Method
  1. Heat oil and fry paneer pieces till golden.
  2. Put in water for 10 mins. Drain. Reserve.
  3. Heat 4 tbsp oil from the remaining and add methi leaves.
  4. Cook till fried well.
  5. Add all spices, sugar and lastly the paneer and salt.
  6. Stir cook for a few minutes. Serve hot.
Ingredients:
200 gms. paneer, cubed
2 bunches methi, leaves chosen
2 tsp. coriander-cumin powder
1 tsp. chilli powder
1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
1/4 tsp. asafoetida
1&1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. garam masala powder
Oil as needed
Salt to taste
