Method
- Set the oven temperature to 180 degree celsius.
- Grease a baking tray and keep it ready before following the below procedure
- First sieve maida, baking powder and soda together twice.
- Beat butter and sugar well until it becomes creamy.
- Add eggs to this creamy mixture and beat it with a electric blender or beater until fluffy.
- Gradually add maida mixture to it and blend well.
- Add desicated coconut and crushed candied pineapple to the cake batter and mix it well.
- Put the ready batter to the greased tray and bake it for 40-45 minutes
Note: Cook half a pineapple with some water and half a cup of sugar until it becomes dry. This can be substituted with candied pineapple.
